Make it a male and make it look like whatever you want. Call it Toad. Back on Super Mario Galaxy create a new game and use that Mii. Around your 70th to 80th star you will recieve a letter saying you have unlocked Toad.

Then go into the observatory and talk to Rosalina.
Select the option to go to the Centre of the Universe and while she is waving her wand Player 2 presses the pause button.
The game will pause and it will go all shaky.
